If you are arriving on LH you
might be picked up by a limo. In that case asked to be dropped at an A bus gate and walk to the FCT. Yes, they will drive you from the FCL B to Z gates. If you are dropped at a B bus gate and know your way you can go through passport control into B non-Schengen and the FCL B is not far.
