23A is better

You don't have as much leg space as 30K but it is the first row in economy, far from the lavatories, so you won't have fellow passengers standing in front of you as they wait to enter the toilets.

Attention both rows 23 and 30 are dedicated for baby cradles ! Don't pick up those seats if you have a concern about spending 10 hours in the vicinity of a crying baby! It doesn't happen on each flight but it is very annoying when it does!
