Missed meeting, even though DL assured me we'd arrive by 11:30 to catch ride to meeting. Even had PM desk protect me on the next DTW-NYC flight and trusted them. Arrived at 11:46, colleagues had already left for noon meeting and the Supervisor I just spoke with at the PM desk refused to refund this under 'trip in vain' even though I was promised if I took the flight I'd be to IAD by 11:30. Now I'm stuck in IAD.
