I filed an issue on the customer service web form on July 2nd. I got a response on July 31st. Is this the normal wait time? Seems a bit long to me.
Not amazingly unusual, IMO.
You can select an option in the form that you be notified of your communication's receipt, but it'll be a boilerplate notification.
