Flew them recently (March/April) on the same route.
My biggest fear was long delays, as I was returning to work after the inbound flights.
Very punctual take-offs and landings, competent if not remarkable service, decent seats. Strange that the seats had no power outlets - was told that this was against regulations.
I agree that my expectations were very low, and were far exceeded by the experience.
So at least on this route, in premium cabin, AR seems to be trying hard to shake off their reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to fly them again.
