The connection time in fra is only 1 hour and 10 mins. I remember reading from many places that I should have enough time for connection. I'm wondering if it would be enough time to stop by the FCL to get the rubber ducky?? It'll be our first time flying LH in first and first time in FRA. We're really want to go see FCL even if we won't be able to spend anytime there.

It will be pretty smooth if you arrive at Z and depart from Z. You should check where FRA-BKK normally departs from.
If it's tight and you are in F then you will get a car at the plane (for remote stand) or an escort. In theory they should be able to take you to the next plane since you are in transit and do not require security from the US but that would be too logical....
