Finally get into the hall to find out that the 1-2-3 system was down. Was told by staff to use ABC kiosk and then wait to pickup bags and recheck after customs. ABC gave us the big X so we had to take the long line to CBP. Thankfully NEXUS security was quick and we were at the gate by 8:20am.
Glad you made it on time! Sorry to hear the systems were down, I've never run into that before .
