I think the DFW Firefighters academy has 3 mock up planes that they conduct firefighting exercises on. There is a narrow body style, a wide body/trijet style and the world's only a380 mock up.
Actually the DFW A380 trainer is the only one in the US. Dubai World Central has an A380 trainer, there may be others by now.
