Thanks everyone for the detailed responses. I have already purchased my 3K ticket (3K, not JQ) so I'm probably going to have to push my luck clearing immigration, getting my bag, getting to T1, and checking it again before the 45 minute mark.

I'll be sure to report how it goes!
