Here now. Just checked in yesterday. Not sure I will stop in the RC at all in the evenings. We'll see. Just feel like I am missing out on the sunsets, live music and beach scene to save a few $ on some snacks that will ruin some great dinner options away from the hotel. Breakfast this morning typical carb breakfast except hard boiled eggs and a couple of cheeses. Only hot items were oatmeal and French toast.

Even though it is "slow" season the hotel is at 98%. On a paid stay with diamond upgrade and wasn't able to get into a family suite until 5:45 last night. Picture on the wall missing with hole underneath and one of the tv's non-working. Diamond amenity never showed which seems to happen a lot of late in my travels. This morning we were moved to a sunset suite which as a couple we much prefer though I think overall smaller. Sunset suite is over the beach and has a balcony and one large open room. Not huge though. A walk from the elevators which doesn't bother us. The Family suites are by the elevators and there was lots of late night noise coming into the suite portion of the room but the small area where the bed is was much quieter. No balcony and a long look at the water and beach.
