Yes. You will be able to clear passport control at the main 2E facility, but security will still be prior to entering the L gates area.
As you won't be allowed to clear security to access the K gates area, you still won't have access to the lounge for K gates.
I was flying to DXB last year and check-in was at 2F. I didn't notice it until I arrived to the 2E SkyPriority check-in area. I was sent to 2F, so had to clear security and immigration there
