Yes. You will be able to clear passport control at the main 2E facility, but security will still be prior to entering the L gates area.
Main reason for asking is that post re-opening of the K lounge it should be better (food-wise) that the L lounge.
As you won't be allowed to clear security to access the K gates area, you still won't have access to the lounge for K gates.
