I didn't get any points for two recent stays. Although the stays are recorded on their system, they still wanted me to "prove" I had stayed there by providing copies of invoices.
Instead, I decided to simply inform LeCA that I should be considered an ex-member and ex-customer of LeA. Their loyalty programme, and the "customer care" that goes with it, isn't worth the bother. I'd rather use Hotels.com and just get the free night for every ten nights. Always works, never any hassles.
