Unless the Qantas lounge is open earlier in the day for any Emirates flights, then both lounges are probably only open at the same times, anyway.

EDIT: Qatar's flights from SIN depart at 21:20 and 02:20. Assuming you're on the 21:20, then you should be able to use either/both of the BA and QF lounges!!! If the latter - no dice.

QF lounge in Singapore opens at 1430 !
Don't bother with the BA lounge. Its a dump compared to the QF one..

You would need to enter from Terminal 3 after you check in with QR. Then take the Skytrain to T1. From there look for the QF lounge.
