After numerous approvals with out a denial, just had 3 rejected, over cancellation policies, including two for a one minute time difference.
I also have numerous non bpg bookings , have been a good client.

Did I catch a tough representative, or is this a new policy to have a slightly different cancellation policy than competitors (perhaps written into their contracts with hotels)? If so, it would mean that for almost all of their hotels there is no equivalent, whether at a different price or the same price, making their bpg I do not want to complete the sentence.

Other peoples experiences appreciated. Anyone getting approved? Any other site having the same cancellation conditions to the minute?
