The arrivals and MLL lounge passes do not require status.

This lounge pass entitles the passholder to visit the Air Canada Arrivals lounge in either Vancouver or London-Heathrow until February 29, 2004

This lounge pass is valid only in conjunction with a confirmed same-day ticket from an arriving Air Canada international flight

Some other stuff such as capacity controlled, restrictions on employee and partner pass travel... Basically the same thing of the MLL lounge pass as well.

You shouldn't have any problems using them.
