You have 6 hours on CDG. Make sure you have something to do, like dragging bags from A to B!
My experience with similar constructions (even both tickets within StarAlliance) is that luggage does not get checked trough to the final destination if the booking is on several ticket numbers. For example, I've flown CPT-JNB-FRA-OSL with the first leg on a different booking/ticket/reservation number (whatever you like to call it). I used South African and Lufthansa, both StarAllaince members. I had to collect luggage in JNB and deliver it again at the LH desk.
Nevertheless, it's amazing what you can get done by being nice to airline staff, sometimes - you may want to give it a try anyway. Good luck and let us know what happened.

Sounds like regular treatment of priority luggage by Scandinavian Airlines. Always ends up last on belt. As staff at CDG is known to not give 'la merde' about priority tags, I usually get it last on belt there as well anyway. Oh well, with 6 hours to kill...
