OT: Anyone ever eaten a civet?
Has anyone here ever tried civet? There was speculation by a Hong Kong microbiologist back in May that the S.A.R.S. corona virus may have jumped species from civets to humans. Genetic analysis of the S.A.R.S. and civet corona virii now confirms the two are 99.8% identical.
