It is a ok gym, have basic amenities/machines. It is empty overnight.
I have used it as part of my transit hotel overnight stay. The room only transit hotel service uses the showers in the gym area. They are private stalls/rooms.

This was T1 transit hotel/gym. It also have an outdoor pool with vbar which is great for plane-spotting but closes at 11pm.
