2nd 3rd bag charge issue..?

So this is a first for me. I am a BAEC Silver and as such get 2x32Kgs allowance in Economy.
I booked online and forgot to enter my BAEC membership number. I am moving for a few months and ned to take 3 bags with me. So went ahead and bought the extra bag at 34GBP.
It only struck me then that I did not have my FFnumber on. If I add it now, will it consider it a 3rd bag or 2nd bag? And will I have to pay anymore for the 3rd bag??

Usually it asks for 112 quid for the so called 3rd bag for a silver member in Economy. Im not sure what to do now
