Afaik all (most of) the business centers are operated by third-party companies, and one does generally have to pay to use the internet and print stuff (not sure about using the computer only).
I've only used a business center at a Fairmont once (when my laptop broke down) andIIRC i was quite expensive ($5/hour for using the internet and $0.25/page printed or something along those lines), but I'M sur eit's property-dependent.
The business centers I've seen generally seemed very well equipped, so if you really need one,they should have everything you need.
