And perhaps a bogless (?) powder room for those who insist on spending an extended period in the loo doing something other than physiological evacuation activities, whether male or female.

Some Asian carriers have a curtained off area in Y where only women are allowed access to powder their nose. I personally do not agree - anyone who wishes to powder their nose should be allowed access, male or female.

As for the seat neighbour, I could not care less if they are male or female as long as they do not invade into my space or shake the seat or otherwise be an annoying critter.
