I'm struggling to see why separate loos would be an enhancement. If women need more time (which is a somewhat questionable assertion), wouldn't segregating men and women just exacerbate things? Potentially there could be a queue for one gender's loos while the others are free.

As for seating preferences, I don't think it's workable. Nor do I have a preference, especially in CW where the privacy screens and yin yang seating are a very effective separator. I can see it may be desirable for some singletons in the middle CW seats but that's about it.
