When boarding is well-organized and the GA's remind passengers that connections are possibly at risk if we don't board quickly, I've seen a completely full MD-80 board in 12 minutes, with all passengers seated and carry-ons stowed (and the FA's were literally shocked that we boarded so fast ).

So, just chalk this up to another airline story to tell the grandkids!
