I don't agree. Particularly since just being on a higher floor does not mean you have any view at all. I was on the HHonors floor at DT Amsterdam several weeks ago and my "view" was straight into other rooms (about 15 feet away). They couldn't even call it a "city view" room because you couldn't see anything except hotel.

To me, an "upgrade" means an upgraded room type, not just a floor with "HHonors Floor" signs glued to the wall. Pure marketing hype.
