Is a standard SUV the same thing as a Full Size Crossover?
I rented a standard SUV (example Hyundai Santa Fe) at SRQ (no EA) and when I went to pick up they only had a Nissan Murano. Hmm the size of the car was about the same but it has that silly little hatch back that wouldn't fit three cases. So they up-sold us to a Tahoe. A day or two later I got to thinking that maybe the Murano wasn't really the class I reserved so I called them. The manager insisted that the Murano was the same as a standard SUV but he would remove the up-charge as a one time favor....aka he wanted me to go away.
So I'm just wondering for next time. If they are really considered the same class I'm going to have to start reserving a full size SUV. Thx.
