Should the TSA's note to passengers reminding them not to bring loaded weapons on planes similarly be considered an obstruction of justice and a firearms trafficking conspiracy?
(I don't really see how you can obtain a "trafficking conspiracy" from a directive from an uninvolved outsider to dispose/destroy any such items. Asking that controlled substances be destroyed is hardly abetting or facilitating trafficking, is it?)
