When I was there last month with my wife we were in an Andaz Suite (which is supposedly the same as POV suite just higher floor), I asked about occupancy for the suites and thought she said 3. Maybe they have some with 2 beds, but she said 1 extra roll-away was allowed and 3 people max in a suite. Did you get a different story?
My kids are 5 and 6. They usually make an exception domestically. Only time it was an issue was PH Vendome. I believe you are correct that all suite have king rather than 2 beds
