Separate question: how do you tell if/when your card was printed and mailed? People are mentioning on this thread that they're seeing notices that the card was printed on GOES. It's been too long since I did my application to remember how mine worked. We're hoping to receive my family member's card before we need to cross a busy border checkpoint in the middle of next month, but I can't find any indication whether it was mailed, and our mutual family member back home (and who will forward it) claims nothing's come yet...
