Now instead of the "you must wait 30 seconds between posts, try again" message, I seem to be able to make posts--in fact duplicate posts appeared from when I was having difficulty.

ADDED: It's BAAAAACCCK! The first time I tried posting this message II was advised to wait 14 more seconds.

Now, however, I'm seeing some descrepancies between the thread itself (updated) and the forum pages listing threads, which seem to be experiencing aa lag that's now approaching an hour. For example, the Passport Lost thread from the first page of the UA forum is stuck in a time warp at 9:01 pm CDT while there have been a bunch of posts since then (showing that others were having trouble posting tonight too) that you can see when you click to go tto the last post in that thread.

At least this thread no longer looks empty except for the thread title, which I what I saw earlier.
