Recap, took the short connection. I made it, neither of the bags did! Even after the agent at the door in LHR checked and told me they were on board, right. Anyhow, bags showed up on the next flight. I will pass on ever doing that quick of turn through LHR again. Not sure the bags would have travelled with me even if I was on the original flight. They had a lot of missing bags on my flight. Anyhow, frustrating that the agent at LHR blatantly told me incorrect information after scanning the tag.

Made it to Trump and it lived up to the hype.
