Calling CSR for award bookings
I tried to skim through the first 2 pages of threads but could not find anything relevant to this, so posting it here. Please move if not the appropriate place.
I am looking to book a room with my points for a single day on a weekend but the hotel does not show any availability at all for the award booking.I am sure, I read in one of the threads that we can call and book through the customer representatives since they can open the space for us. Is that something that I should do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
