Very doubtful. Maybe (and this is a big Maybe) TG would wait if you are on one PNR and thus they can see you are coming. My experience with on-time arrivals with LH out of ORD by the way have been very good overall and it is rare that I miss a connection at all. I wouldn't worry about it- LH tends to have a good padding on the Eastbound Transatlantic flights and even with a 30 minute late departure they arrive on time at FRA ex ORD.
