Need a lil help here. As of the last two days two WMs that I visited were not able to sell MOs to me when paying w US Bank MC, one cashier said "there was an update two days ago". Went to two Ralphs both had their WU MO machines out of order. Tried to hit up some cash checking places but its either cash for MOs only or charge stupid surcharges. So at this point im SOL. Can someone point me in the right direction? Im in the SFV in LA. Thank you
