If more and more people create their own private forums to keep newbies and lurkers out of their 'secrets', I don't see how this board will continue to thrive. Whether the vets admit it or not, they also learn something from newbies who report their great finds. We have seen a lot of deals gotten killed ~ some took a long time, others got killed in just a matter of days. Anyone know exactly who/what to blame? My best guess is none.

There have been plenty of speculations on who/what killed the deal(s) but all of them remain personal judgments without evidence or proof.
