For transportation from DCA to IAD - you can now take the Blue Line to Rosslyn then transfer to the Silver Line I the direction of Wiehle-Reston East station (current end of Silver Line). Then take the Silverline Express bus to IAD. Cost of Bus is $5 for 10 minute ride.
