I have a BB account, my spouse has one too, can I use 2 BB accounts to pay one mortgage?

Plus, $5600+ is equal to 12 GC's even with $500 per card, it means a lot of trips to the grocery store/pharmacy/other stores carrying these GCs, is there any more convenient way to MS $5600+ each month other than buying GC's?
