What's with the feigned confusion?

For me personally, being packed in like a sardine impacts the overall quality of the flying experience. I particularly dislike staring straight in the face of the pax across the aisle, and the narrowness of this aisle on the 763 makes that the reality of the flight experience. YMMV.

btw, the last two crews I had disappear in the galley were on three-class 772s (ex-HNL and ex-ORD). They were super loud, too.
