Air Canada's lines are busy (2-3 hour hold time). I have a quick question if anyone can please assist. A ticket was booked for my 92 year old father (YYZ/YYJ return). The name on his ticket is "Bruce" but his travel documentation (i.e. drivers license - yes he still drives.... states "William B." and OHIP "William Bruce"). Do we have to pay the $100 for a name change to "William" although he goes by Bruce? Should this be done now or can we do this at the airport - we leave this Thursday. Thanks!
