Your flight from IST will arrive at a B, C or a bus gate in A or B.
Whichever gate/concourse you arrive you will have to clear passport contorl and security before your connecting flight. You will just have to follow the signs for your departure gate (almost certainly an A gate). As I said before there are frequent flights to HAM, so if you miss your connection they will put you on the next available flight assuming you are on one ticket.
