DXB - HKG - SFO oneworld award question
No... For 2 reasons. AA no longer allows stopovers (and even if they did I think it had to be in the US), and AA doesn't allow DXB-USA as a single award unless you fly QR.

If you want to fly this route with a stopover in HKG, Alaska Airlines is your friend.
