Three friends and I will be coming to Hong Kong next month for four days. I will bring an unlocked 3G/4G mobile hotspot.

What is the best data plan so that I can use the mobile hotspot to give each of us some intermittent data access while in Hong Kong? Can we purchase it at the airport?

Do they also work in Macau? We will head over there for one night of gambling.
