Some people will come on here to complain about any mildly bad experience. I think we've all experienced rude passengers. Obviously you only read every third word or so. She didn't just throw a verbal fit, she hit him with a bag, and not once, twice, but three times pushed the tray in with force. The second she or her bag touched him it became assault if he wanted to press charges.
Cussing, verbally complaining, etc I can handle, the second I was touched the FA would be called over and I'd be requesting police to escort her off the plane.
