Air Canada is one of those companies that we always use as a bad big corporate bad guy
WestJet we always use as a friendly, customer focus good guy.
How many marketing or customer service seminars or classes you been in when these two airlines are categorized that way.
Apple Good, Microsoft bad, Google good, IBM bad etc etc
If Air Canada steps outside of its carefully groomed box, it can have fun with this and turn this into a great marketing campaign!
Air Canada is so careful to remain "professional" for that business client! it's just their corporate culture!
