As I've said on other threads over and over again, I have zero issues with AC making changes to their product. It's your airline, you can do whatever the market dictates. If you decide you require me to do a handstand before I board, so be it. I can decide to fly AC, or a handstandless carrier.
However, what I find unconscionable is how you make these changes with so little notice to the flying public.
You'll happily sell me a ticket for a product you're going to deliver in 8 months, then change the product with less than two-weeks notice.
AC does this over and over again - Be it changes to Altitude, changes to aircraft configurations, or something minor like meals.
So by all means make this change, but make it effective June 30th 2015.
Then I, and no one else on FT, will have a leg to stand on. If we don't like it, we'll fly someone else.
