Sorry you had such a bad experience. I was on Friday's flight which had a three hour delay at Heathrow because of thunderstorms and then a diversion to Vegas because of a dust storm in Phoenix and we didn't have enough fuel to wait it out. Hope you do better today. There are some of the usual storms around here today so I keep my fingers crossed for you.
