Wouldn't exactly call it a rush. AC continued to serve complementary on board services (meals/bar/headsets-entertainment) long after the demise of Mexicana. As jointly operating star partners on CDA-MEX routes, think the level of service was maintained for product consistency. Personally was surprised that B.O.B. Cafe hadn't been incorporated much sooner.
