The big wad of red cabbage + a slice of zucchini with the salmon on the outgoing flight looks strange; ditto the huge slice of red cabbage on the incoming salad; The sundae with the maraschino cherry and tiny little squeeze of whipped cream looks sad; the huge piece of parsley on top of the beef looks haphazard; string beans and carrots are low-rent vegetables (compared to broccoli, asparagus); the noodle soup could have had some peas, carrots, scallions or something to add color; the cocktail napkin with advertising for wifi under the sundae is truly tacky; the midflight noodle soup served with a paper napkin is dismal for a 15-hour flight that costs $6-7,000 at full price.
