Last few purchases of visas showed up a few days later with the following

Purchases XXXX
My Best Buy Credit Card Bonus XXXX
Back to School My Best Buy Credit Card bonus XXXX
The XXXX represents the points awarded for that category totaling points equal to 10%.
However today I went in and purchased some and they immediately showed up in my rewards account but only showed points for the PURCHASES section and 0000 for the other 2 bonus sections.
Has any one experienced this before and did they eventually show up?
My receipt shows that I selected the "Ltd Time 10% Rewards (Standard Credit)"
