Yes, UA codeshares operated by Great Lakes (ZK) do earn miles. There is no minimum and they do not earn premier qualifying miles or segments (but if on 016 do earn PQM).

Are you connecting to or from another flight? ZK is VERY unreliable these days (due to pilot shortages) and I would make sure that, if you do plan to connect, that you book the entire journey on one PNR (ideally a UA PNR & ticket if connecting to UA) to make reaccomodation easier if ZK is delayed.
